Furthermore, we contacted Sannoh Elkass, the Spokesperson for Sierra Leone’s Chief Justice who confirmed the authenticity of the press release and provided us with a copy of the same press release for our records at SLAJ-iVerify.

Lastly, iVerify reached out to the Chairman of the Sierra Leone Premier League Board, Victor Lewis, who confirmed the receipt of the press release regarding the injunction against the Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA) and the Sierra Leone Premier League Board. He informed us that they received the injunction letter on the 4th of November 2023 at approximately 2:15 pm.
