We contacted Patrick Sandi, the Director of Public Education and External Outreach, ACC, who told us that Dr. Samura Kamara was indeed summoned for questioning regarding matters referred to in the Commission of Inquiry (COI) as directed by the Court of Appeals but was neither arrested nor detained.

Additionally, we sought clarification from Ade Macauley Esq., who affirmed that Dr. Kamara was not subjected to any form of arrest or detention; rather, he was questioned in connection to the issues referred to by the Court of Appeals to the Commission.
